The Barnhardt Group, LLC. is owned and operated by Blair Barnhardt. Asphalt is the number 1 recycled product in America. We currently put 100 million tons of recycled asphalt product (RAP) back into our hot mix pavements annually and yet we only recycle in-place, 3% of our American infrastructure. It was because of this fact that we formed The Barnhardt Group.
